The Lake Saint Louis Sailing Club hosted its primary fundraiser, the On-the-Water Boat Show over the weekend. Unfortunately, I did not help out much. Fortunately, Carter lent a lot of moral support. Plus, daddy did get to play with a Hobie hybrid kayak/paddle boat/sailboat (and came away very impressed). The event went very well considering bad weather on Sunday and the state of the economy. Thanks for the new pix. I’m reading them in a few spare minutes before starting the day’s meetings. I’m in a hotel in Prague on day one of my EU tour (Prague, Dusseldorf, Luxembourg, Brussels & Cambridge in 5 days). Seems the only time I get to peruse the site is away from home.
I have also been interested in the Hobie cat. We have rejoined the sail club here, but this trip takes out 2 weekends and our vacation 3 more so I don’t know hows much we’ll get out.
